This service includes a comprehensive termite inspection to determine the presence and extent of termite activity. If treatment is recommended and the customer proceeds, the inspection fee will be credited toward the total cost of the treatment and automatically deducted from the proposal.
Once the treatment proposal is approved and the contract is signed, treatment will be scheduled.
About Termite Treatment:
Termites are wood-destroying insects that can cause significant structural damage if left untreated. Treatment involves drilling precise holes around the exterior perimeter of the structure. A termiticide is then applied into the soil through these access points, and the holes are properly sealed. The product disperses through the soil to eliminate active termite colonies and provide long-term protection.
