Terms & Conditions – Wildlife Inspection
By requesting and receiving a wildlife inspection from Fowler Pest Solutions, the client acknowledges that an inspection fee will apply if you choose not to proceed with the recommended exclusion or remediation services for any reason after 10 days from the inspection date.
The wildlife inspection includes a full site assessment, identification of potential and active entry points, evaluation of wildlife activity, and professional recommendations. If the client declines further service, the inspection fee will be invoiced and is due upon receipt.
Wildlife Service Process
We will conduct an on-site wildlife inspection to assess the property and identify active and potential entry points.
Following the inspection, a detailed estimate outlining recommended exclusion and remediation services will be generated.
The estimate will be sent directly to the property management company or designated responsible party for review and approval.
Once written approval is received, service will be scheduled accordingly.
Wildlife Service Process – Private Residential Clients
We will perform an on-site wildlife inspection to assess the property and identify active and potential entry points.
After the assessment is complete, a detailed estimate will be sent directly to the homeowner.
Upon approval of the estimate, service will be scheduled to perform the recommended exclusion and remediation work.
